Profile: Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing all of the finances and financial operations of the firm:

• Core financial accounting knowledge a must
• Well versed in Tally ERP

Profile & Key Responsibilities:

• Overall program in-charge and be responsible for identifying, vetting and monitoring of all programs in close coordination with each Branch Manager and Programs team.
• Will be responsible for following/ setting up / implementing the monitoring and evaluation systems effectively by the branches.
• Will be required to make periodic field visits and ensure close monitoring and evaluation of the programs.
• Develop processes for internal evaluation to increase effectiveness of all programs and conduct field visits to monitor program activities.
• Oversee the annual program budgets and ensure compliance of financial procedures.
• Ensure timely submission of all reports and other programmatic requirements such as annual work plan, monitoring and evaluation plans as well as donor reports.
• Periodic assessment and evaluation of program activities to identify gaps and provide timely inputs to address them.
• Periodic program support analysis.
• Provide innovative platforms for capacity building of the supported programs.

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW) with a sound understanding of the social development sector, having at least 12-15 years of relevant experience at a senior managerial level.
• Part of the above experience should be at the grass roots.
• Should have adequate knowledge of social –cultural diversities within the country.
• Good leadership, capacity building, mentoring, analytical and networking skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills.
• She must have a good understanding of the 3 mains issues (health, education and Community development) supported by Concern India Foundation.
• Willing to undertake regular field visits and interact with different programs.
• Adequate computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills ( English )
• Willing to travel atleast 40 to 60 days in a year (in short visits)
• Should have adequate understanding of budgets and finances.
